1 Ripe Organic Avocado (Cubed)

2 Ripe Mango (cubed)

Fresh Cilantro

2 Lime

1 Lemon

2 Tbsp. EVOO

Sea Salt to taste

Optional* 1 Tbsp. Red Onion minced.


Mix avocado and mango together. In a separate bowl, squueze the lime, lemon and then whisk in the EVOO. Pour mixture over the avocado and mango and mix well. add minced red onion if desired and sea salt to taste.
