1 Bag of Organic Kale that has been washed and cut.

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt.

2-4 Tbsp Organic Sesame Tahini (measurments depend on how rich of a creamy and “cheesy” consistency/taste you prefer)

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Optional* Dash of cayenne pepper

Parchment paper*


Pre-heat oven to 275 Degrees

On a baking sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper. Toss kale onto the parchment lined, baking sheet. Drizzle EVOO onto the kale. Massage the kale with the EVOO. Sea salt as you desire. Add Tahini and massage kale all the way through. Place kale in the refridgerator for 5 min. Remove the kale from the fridge and bake for 20-35 min. If you want crunchy kale, bake longer but keep an eye out as you dont want the tahini to get too dry and burn. let cool for 8-10 min.
